Christian Onier, a representative of the Saint Barth Handisport association, received a donation of 2,000 euros from the International Association of Property Owners of Saint Barthélemy (SBIPOA).
“This financial support is a key step in the development of our projects,” explains Christian Onier. “Thanks to this generosity, we will be able to purchase new wheelchairs that will fulfill a dual mission essential to our island: Tourism Accessibility: This equipment will be made available to visitors with limited mobility, allowing them to fully enjoy the beauty of Saint Barthélemy in optimal comfort and dignity.
Sports and Health: They will also serve as indispensable tools for our Adapted Physical Activity (APA) sessions, allowing our members to engage in regular physical activity, an essential factor for balance and well-being.
Through this initiative, SBIPOA demonstrates its commitment to local solidarity and to improving accessibility for all. It directly contributes to making Saint-Barthélemy an increasingly inclusive and exemplary destination.”
