Suspension of an orthopedic doctor: creation of a patient collective

The announcement of the suspension of an orthopedic doctor practicing at the Louis-Constant-Fleming hospital in Saint-Martin hit the headlines a few weeks ago. The practitioner was suspected of having practiced without holding a diploma. While an investigation was launched, a number of patients testified to the after-effects suffered following an operation by the doctor in question. Since then, on the initiative of several victims, a collective has been set up. The aim is to gather as many testimonies as possible to build a case for legal action against the surgeon.
