The National Order of Merit for David Desiage

David Desiage, principal of Mireille Choisy Middle School, was awarded the insignia of the National Order of Merit on Friday, April 17, in Saint Martin. This honor recognizes the former principal of Mont des Accords Middle School for his dedication to the education of Saint Martin’s youth. David Desiage began his first school year at Mireille Choisy last September. He previously taught in Vichy, where he is from, and then from 2007 to 2021 in Guadeloupe, at various schools. David Desiage subsequently served as principal at Mont-des-Accords Middle School in Saint Martin for four years. He received his award from the prefect of Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy, Cyrille le Vely.
