National Brevet Diploma (DNB): 66.1% of students received honors

The results for the 2026 “general” track middle school diploma exams were released on Wednesday, July 15. Following the exams, the pass rate in Saint-Barthélemy stood at 80%, a decrease of 4.7 percentage points compared to the 2025 session. According to the school district, 56 students received the diploma. Thirty-seven of them received honors, representing 66.1% of those who passed. Specifically, 7.1% received a “Very Good” grade, 23.2% a “Good” grade, and 35.7% a “Fairly Good” grade.
Meanwhile, in Saint Martin, the pass rate for the “general” track exams stood at 51.4% (compared to 61.9% in 2025). According to the school district, among the 242 students who passed, 151 received an honors designation—representing 62.4% of those who passed: 1% received “Very Good with Honors,” 10.3% received “Very Good,” 20.7% received “Good,” and 30.6% received “Fairly Good.”
