Middle School Diploma: Results on the Decline

Due to an error in a previous edition (JSB 1673), here is the correction to the middle school graduation exam figures for Saint Barth for the 2026 session. This year, the pass rate stands at 80%, a decrease of 4.7 percentage points compared to the 2025 session. According to the school district, 56 students received the diploma. Of these, 37 earned an honors designation, representing 66% of those who passed. Specifically, 7.1% received a “Very Good” distinction, 23.2% a “Good” distinction, and 35.7% a “Fairly Good” distinction.

As mentioned in our article, students in the vocational baccalaureate program had a perfect record, with a 100% pass rate for the first set of exams. Of the 13 graduates, 12 received honors.
