Hurricane Mélissa: Red Cross donation for disaster victims

The territorial delegation of the French Red Cross in Saint-Barthélemy has made an exceptional donation of 6.500 euros to the Pirac (Plateforme d'Intervention Régionale de l'Arc Caraïbe) to contribute to emergency operations and support actions set up for disaster-stricken populations following the passage of Hurricane Mélissa on October 28. The funds will be used to purchase and distribute family kits (hygiene, shelter, cleaning tools, food, etc.) and install water treatment units.
