Shuttle: launch before the end of the month?

The shuttle service between Saint-Jean and Gustavia is due to be launched before the end of November. However, for the time being, no precise date has been announced by the Collectivité. Stopping zones have yet to be marked and timetables refined. The shuttle should enable Gustavia's shopkeepers to park outside the "town", thereby freeing up parking spaces. The service is also intended for people who need to get to Gustavia.
