Study on the Adaptation of Buildings to Hurricane Risks

Swan Arnoux, a master’s student in urban planning and real estate development at the Ecole Supérieure des professions immobilières (ESPI), is conducting a study on the adaptation of buildings and land-use policies to hurricane risks in France’s overseas departments and regions (DROM) and overseas communities (COM) as part of her thesis, with the aim of better understanding local obstacles in order to identify concrete avenues for improvement.
Completing the anonymous questionnaire will take less than 10 minutes.
