On Tuesday September 30, Air Antilles was granted an extension to its operating license. This now runs until January 31, 2026. This gives the Collectivité de Saint-Martin, the company's majority shareholder, four months to find new investors. According to Louis Mussington, President of the Collectivité de Saint-Martin, Air Antilles needs to raise a minimum of ten million euros. Several potential shareholders are said to be in the running.
