Note to Gustavia port users

With the arrival of the boats taking part in the Transat Paprec likely, starting this Thursday, May 8, the Port and Maritime Affairs department is informing all sea users frequenting the Gustavia port area that the finish line will be marked just beyond the commercial port between the G9 and G11 by a buoy belonging to the organization and the coast.the Gustavia port area that the finish line will be marked just beyond the commercial port between G9 and G11 by an organization buoy and the coast. As a result, all vessels, without exception, other than those belonging to the race and the organization, will be prohibited from maneuvering without authorization from the harbor master's office, as soon as competitors are within 15 minutes of the finish line.

As a reminder, Gustavia harbour master's office is on VHF channel 12.

No exceptions will be made.

The management of the Port of Gustavia hopes that everyone will do their utmost to ensure that this race finish takes place under the best possible conditions.
