A Joyful Family Trophy at the Saint-Barth Tennis Club

Children and parents gathered on the courts of the Saint-Barth Tennis Club on Sunday, October 11, for the Family Trophy. This early-season event was, of course, all about sports, sharing, and camaraderie. From 9 a.m. to noon, nine teams—18 players in all—took to the courts to hit the little yellow ball as a family. The idea? Each team consisted of a parent and their child, coming together to play and represent their team in the green ball and hard ball categories. The nine participating teams were as follows: Les Saout, Sam en folie, Léo en feu, Anasthase family, Team Magras, Les gladiateurs, Les Maroufles, Honneysett family, and Les Biards. By the end of the morning, the duo “Léo en feu” emerged victorious. With a record of five wins and no losses, they claimed the 2026 Family Trophy, defeating the Saout team, the competition’s runner-up. “Congratulations to all the teams for their participation, dedication, and good spirits,” commented the Saint-Barth Tennis Club. “It was a wonderful morning that perfectly exemplified the values of tennis: sharing, teamwork, and the joy of playing together.”
