A friendly wave from them

The Pelican’s senior women’s team played friendly matches in Saint Martin on the weekend of April 18–19 against teams from both sides of the island. The games were played in a “3-on-3” format (three players against three). “A great experience that allowed us to identify our weaknesses,” summarizes Sophie, the club secretary. The trip also reinforced the players’ and the club’s desire to promote “3x3” basketball in the Caribbean. With this in mind, another series of matches is scheduled to take place in June, this time in Saint Barth.
