The Saint-Barth Tennis Club's men's and women's teams kick off their championships this weekend in Saint-Barth and Guadeloupe.
On Saturday December 7, the men's first team will be playing on the Saint-Jean courts against the Guadeloupe ATC. The team's players are all higher-ranked than SBTC representatives Grégory Thouin, David Ripoche, Fred Gastaldi and Matys Dussaule. This augurs well for the four singles and two doubles matches. Matches are scheduled to start at 3pm.
The women's team, comprising Perrine Rousson, Océane Gastaldi, Amélie Huart and Fanny Rassat, will also face the ATC on Saturday December 7, but in Guadeloupe. The following day, the ladies will take on the Tie-Break Tennis Club. They will play four singles and one doubles.
The SBTC Team 2 will also be travelling to Guadeloupe this weekend. Jean Cattiaux, Jean-Mathieu Sablier, Martin Gamonal and François Carbonel will take on their counterparts from the TC de Saint-François on Saturday and the TC de Sainte-Rose on Sunday in four singles and two doubles matches.
