Since Wednesday, the Boardmasters Open has been taking place at Fistral Beach, in Cornwall, England. A stage in the Qualifying Series circuit in which several surfers from Saint-Barthélemy are taking part. These include Anaïs Blanchard, Thomas and Noé Lédée. On this Friday, August 8, only Noé is still in the running.
Having qualified for the quarter-finals, he must now face three other surfers in his heat to advance to the next round.
In the last eight, Noé Lédée beat another Frenchman, Sam Piter, Spain's Conor Donegan Santos and... his brother Thomas, now eliminated.
In the ladies' category, Anaïs Blanchard made it through her first series, but was unfortunately eliminated in the round of 16.
