Disability Awareness Week - Regional Meetings at Saint-Jean Stadium

As part of the first edition of Disability Awareness Month, a regional forum will be held this Tuesday, April 7, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Saint-Jean stadium. The public is invited to join elected officials, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to discuss issues related to disability in Saint Barthélemy. Aurélie Garrigues, Project Manager at the Maison Territoriale pour les Handicapés (MTPH), writes:“This is an important and sometimes difficult topic: disability and inclusion. Many people still face these challenges in isolation and struggle on their own. Tonight, we want to change that together. We need your presence and your open input. Whether you are a resident, government employee, elected official, partner, business leader, association representative, or service recipient, your voice matters. It is by coming together to exchange ideas openly that we can move from individual care to a genuine collective approach, to build a Saint-Barthélemy that is more united and inclusive, where everyone finds their rightful place.”
