Successful self-defense course

In February, the Saint Barth Jujitsu club welcomed Matthieu D'Abramo, former combat sports instructor with the French Special Forces, and his partner Chris. They offered members of the association a week-long course in self-defense using their “Urban Fight” method, which teaches the psychological and technical aspects of self-defense through simple, effective gestures. In a press release the association would like to thank “our two instructors for your energy, for sharing your discipline and for your commitment throughout this week by our side.”

Competition on March 22
