Nine goals in two matches. Spectators who traveled to Saint-Jean Stadium last Saturday for the first day of the Saint Barthélemy Cup couldn't have asked for more. In the first match, AS Gustavia defeated the defending champions, FC Arawak, by a score of three goals to two (3-2). In the second match, the Red Devils and the ASPSB players were unable to break the deadlock. They left the field with a tie score of 2-2.
The second day is scheduled for February 7. ASPSB will face FC Arawaks at 7 p.m., then AS Gustavia will try to confirm its strong start against the Red Devils at 9 p.m.
