Soccer – Top-of-the-table clash between the Red Devils and the Arawaks

The top-of-the-table clash takes place this Saturday evening at the Saint-Jean Stadium. At 7 p.m., the FC Diables Rouges will face off against FC Arawaks in the third round of the Saint-Barthélemy league. As Cup champions, the Diables Rouges currently lead the league thanks to a better goal difference than FC Arawaks. While both teams have won their first two matches, the Diables’ 4-0 rout of ASPSB last Wednesday puts them one goal ahead of the Arawaks (+6 for the Diables versus +5 for the Arawaks, with six points for both teams).

Saturday night’s match is therefore shaping up to be a heated showdown between the two best teams of the season so far.

In the second match, at 9 p.m., ASPSB faces AS Gustavia. This is an opportunity for one of the two teams, both of which lost their opening matches, to catch up with the leaders. Unless the match ends in a draw, which would leave them trailing.

Admission to the stands is free for both matches.
