Two podium finishes in Gironde for Pierre Chassaigne

In May, Pierre Chassaigne competed in two triathlons in Gironde under the Handi Relais banner. In early May, he headed to Lake Moutchic in Lacanau. Competing in the M category (Olympic distance), Pierre Chassaigne completed the challenge—which included a 1.5 km swim in the lake, a 43 km bike ride, and a 10 km run—in 2 hours, 23 minutes, and 55 seconds. He finished 3rd in the Master 55-59 age group.
A little less than two weeks later, the athlete from Saint-Barth competed in the Sichel Sport Triathlon L (1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, 21 km run) at the Medoc Atlantique Frenchman in Carcans, Gironde. With a time of 4:48:31, Pierre Chassaigne once again claimed third place on the podium in the V4 category.
