Closing of bulky waste stream

Ouanalao Environnement informs professional users of the exceptional closure of the bulky waste stream.

- Due to the test phase and restart of the bulky shredder, the bulky waste stream will be closed on Tuesday, May 20, for safety reasons linked to coactivity on the platform.

The facility will reopen on Thursday May 22.

As a reminder, the facility is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6 a.m. to 11.45 a.m.

Scrap metal & aluminum

Ouanalao Environnement would like to inform its professional users that the scrap metal & aluminum recycling center will reopen on Monday May 19, 2025, from 6 a.m. onwards.

- In order to avoid an excessive influx of visitors as soon as the plant reopens, and to ensure smooth operation, access will be temporarily limited to 1 passage per day and per company for the first 3 days (May 19 to 21 inclusive).

As a reminder, the plant is open from Monday to Friday, from 6 a.m. to 11.45 a.m.
