Pink October: karaoke and yoga session

The breast cancer screening awareness campaign continues on Saint-Barthélemy, under the impetus of the associations Saint-Barth handicap and Ouanala'Hospital. Following last Sunday's "pink barracks" operation (see photos), Ouanala'Hospital is organizing a karaoke evening this Thursday from 8pm at the Le Sélect bar in Gustavia. The event will be accompanied by the sale of T-shirts, various accessories and pink ribbons, all proceeds from which will be donated to to the Ligue contre le cancer de Guadeloupe and the Fleur de Phoenix association of Saint-Martin, which helps and supports patients in the Northern Isles throughout the year. Participants will also be able to register for the Pink Walk, scheduled for Sunday October 26, for the sum of 15 euros (which includes a T-shirt dedicated to the event). Sales will continue this Saturday, October 18, at a stand set up at the entrance to the Super U store in Saint-Jean.
This Sunday, the Saint-Barth Handicap association is offering a yoga session at the Saint-Jean stadium, starting at 7am.
