A man has been indicted for the rape of minors

A 22-year-old resident of Saint Barthélemy was charged on September 15 with the rape of three minors. After being arrested and taken into custody, he was brought before the investigating judge in Saint Martin and then placed in pretrial detention. This information was confirmed by the Basse-Terre (Guadeloupe) District Attorney’s Office. Two of the victims are under the age of 15. The investigation began in Saint Barthélemy after the victims filed complaints. The incidents are alleged to have taken place between 2023 and 2025. The 22-year-old man is also being charged with distributing images of the victims and supplying them with narcotics.

A judicial investigation has been opened.
