Air Antilles: until February 16 to find a buyer

On February 2, Air Antilles was placed in receivership by the Pointe-à-Pitre Commercial Court. A receiver, AJAssociés, was appointed to support the company in its restructuring efforts and assist with its management. The firm published an advertisement seeking "candidates for the takeover of the company in receivership." The ad published by the firm mentions the company's assets, specifying that three ATRs, two 72-600s, and one 42-600, with a total estimated value of €29 million, are "up for sale." According to the company's figures, turnover as of December 31, 2025, amounted to €16 million.
Applications for the takeover must be submitted by 5 p.m. on February 16 at the latest. The administrator will then be tasked with analyzing the bids before presenting them to the commercial court.
For the record, Air Antilles' temporary operating license expired on January 31. However, the chairman of the board of directors, Louis Mussington, had already filed for bankruptcy with the commercial court on January 16.
