Caribbean flavours: a Saturday with a sweet taste

Saveurs Caraïbes, the new event created by the Comité du Tourisme, kicked off yesterday and continues this Saturday, August 3. On this second day, in the culinary village set up on the forecourt of the Wall House Territorial Museum, the announced program is as follows:

- From 4pm, a West Indian pastry competition entitled "Douceurs antan lontan".

- At 5 p.m., a meeting and book signing with Leslie Belliot, author of the book "Je cuisine créole".

- From 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., a rum and chocolate workshop hosted by La Case Saint-Barth

- 6 p.m.: a quiz on Saint-Barth and Caribbean culture, on the big screen

- 7 p.m.: performance by the Pineapple Girls carnival band

- 8 p.m.: zouk concert by Jérémy Huot and Sharon
