Gourmet Festival: Who wants to host a top chef?

From November 4 to 9, the Comité du Tourisme de Saint-Barth (CTTSB) is organizing the twelfth edition of its Gourmet Festival. This is an event during which top chefs take up residence in the island's restaurants, distilling their savoir-faire over the course of a week. In anticipation of the event, the CTTSB is issuing a call for applications to Saint-Barth restaurants interested in hosting one of the guest chefs. The committee is inviting restaurateurs who may not have considered taking part in the Gourmet to contact the CTTSB before February 17.
Applications can be sent by post (CTTSB, 10 rue de la France, Gustavia) or by e-mail (communication@saintbarth-tourisme.com or shirley.dufay@saintbarth-tourisme.com). Once selected, restaurateurs will be asked to complete a full application form.
