Five Events for the Nuits de Saint-Barthélemy

Since the SB Jam Festival won’t be taking place this year, the Territorial Collectivity is offering five festive events starting this Saturday, July 11, and running through Wednesday, July 15.
On Saturday, starting at 5 p.m. on Rockefeller Quay in La Pointe, there will be a night market. It will bring together local artisans, where visitors can shop or simply take the opportunity to get together and chat. Malanga, Ti Lina, and DJ No Limit will provide musical entertainment. The Ouanala’hospital association will have a booth where healthcare workers from the Irénée de Bruyn Hospital will collect donations for the victims of the twin earthquakes that devastated part of Venezuela on June 24.
On Sunday, on the Général de Gaulle pier, the “Kid’s Festival” will begin at 5 p.m. DJs Ice-T and Miss Leila will provide the music. At 8 p.m., DJ No Limit will take over to spin kizomba, bachata, and retro zouk. He will be followed by DJ Shawty.
On Monday, July 13, again starting at 5 p.m., the stage set up on the Quai du Général de Gaulle will feature DJ Coch, NIB, Omari Banks, and DJ Jérôme Barthélemy in succession.
On Tuesday, July 14—France’s National Day—the event will once again take place on the Quai du Général de Gaulle, this time at 7 p.m. The lineup features Maurane Voyer, Kai, Trilla G & Co, and Madanm O’Ka. The fireworks display will take place at 8:00 p.m. on the hills above Gustavia.
Finally, on Wednesday, July 15, to mark the anniversary of Saint Barthélemy’s official transition from a commune of Guadeloupe to a territorial collectivity (July 15, 2007), another concert will be held on Rockefeller Quay starting at 5:00 p.m. The lineup includes Ilona, Max and Co, and DJ Maestro.
