Saint-Barth - festival de théatre St Barth

At Théâtre au Paradis, the festival begins

For its 24th edition, the Saint-Barth theater festival organized by SB Artists returns from May 30 to June 8 with an emotionally rich program, featuring three guest artists from the French-speaking world: Marion Mezadorian, Véronique Gallo and Kevin Razy.

Every year, the Saint-Barthélemy Theatre Festival brings together the curious, the passionate and the faithful to share a simple objective: to make theater alive, accessible and current. Organized by the SB Artists association, this not-to-be-missed cultural event returns from May 30 to June 8 with a program combining humor, emotion and commitment.
Created to offer the island a unique opportunity for artistic sharing, the festival invites you to discover contemporary creations by artists from the French scene. The 2025 edition is no exception to the rule, offering three shows to be performed each evening (at 8 p.m.) at Gustavia's Théâtre du Paradis, at the single price of 25 euros.

"Craquage" is your mother, your best friend, your neighbor... You.
Marion Mezadorian will open the program of this 24th edition with "Craquage", on Saturday May 31 and Sunday June 1.
Humorist, actress and author Marion Mezadorian made a name for herself with her show "Pépites", acclaimed for its sensitivity and interpretive talent. Now she's back with "Craquage", a new one-woman show in which she brings to life 16 characters on the verge of breaking up: a woman who can no longer play the "perfect mother", a man shattered by what he hasn't said, a teenager locked in his solitude...
Inspired by a personal dispute, the show explores those moments when everything overflows, when bodies and words crack. Marion Mezadorian navigates between humor, poetry and contained pain. A performance of finesse, carried by a deeply human acting style.
She will be leaving the stage to Kevin Razy, who will perform "Fallait être là" on Monday June 2 and Tuesday June 3. This one-man show blends humor, introspection and historical narrative.
In it, the comedian shares a personal project revolving around Guyanese Gaston Monnerville, a major yet little-known political figure of the post-World War II era. In this show, Kevin Razy questions collective memory, the erasure of black figures in French history, and weaves links between his own career and that of Monnerville. A moment on stage between laughter and reflection, showing another side of the artist.

The feminine forties
Finally, Véronique Gallo will perform "Femme de vie" on June 5, 6 and 7. Author, actress and former literature teacher, the Belgian artist has become an important figure in contemporary autobiographical theater, thanks in particular to the success of her series "Vie de mère" and the show "One Mother show" (source: official website veroniquegallo.com).
In "Femme de vie", Véronique Gallo takes a humorous and emotional look at women in their forties!
This one-woman show is funny, tender and hard-hitting. She portrays an overwhelmed but upright woman, navigating between family, sexuality, social expectations and personal aspirations.
