11th Gourmet Festival, weekend events

After an opening ceremony at Le Sereno on Tuesday evening, the Saint-Barth Gourmet Festival was officially able to begin. Until Sunday, eight chefs, including six Michelin-starred chefs, will officiate in restaurants on the island alongside professionals from the establishments, but will also participate in various competitions, such as the Chef Challenge.
To launch the 11th edition of the Saint-Barth Gourmet Festival in style, a dream setting was essential. This year, the Tourism Committee chose to offer the Sereno as the setting for the opening ceremony. A wise choice that did not fail to seduce the guests at the party but also the eight chefs invited to the Festival. Both the regular Marcel Ravin, who will officiate this year at the Rosewood Guanahani, and the newcomer Florian Favaro. For the latter, the setting of the opening ceremony will quickly become familiar since he has taken up residence at the Sereno. The other guest chefs are Dimitri Droisneau (3 stars, L'esprit), Christophe Bacquié (3 stars, Le Barthélemy), Fabien Ferré (3 stars, Cheval Blanc), Julien Duboué (Nikki Beach), Louis Gachet (Une etoile, Bagatelle) and Claire Heitzler (Pâtisserie, Bagatelle).
