Rotary Club "Solidarity Schoolbag" operation

From Monday June 9 to July 4, the Rotary Club of Saint-Barthélemy is organizing a collection of schoolbags, sports bags and pencil cases in the island's schools, where donations will be collected. It's a well-known fact: a schoolbag doesn't talk, but it can change a life," writes the Rotary Club. So imagine dozens of schoolbags, pencil cases and sports bags dreaming of a new start! This is exactly what the Rotary Club of Saint-Barthélemy is proposing, by launching a major collection drive in all the island's schools. "All the bags collected in Saint-Barthélemy will be sent to the Rotary Club of Saint-Martin-Nord, a partner in this solidarity initiative. A Saint-Martin club that is carrying out the same action on its island, in order to redistribute all these supplies to the children who need them. "A chain of solidarity between our two islands, where even schoolbags travel to do good," emphasizes the Rotary Club of Saint-Barth.
