The nineteen elected members of the Conseil territorial will meet next Thursday, November 28, at 5pm at the Hôtel de la Collectivité in Gustavia. The agenda promises to be a light one, with only five items on the agenda. Nevertheless, one of them is of major interest, as it concerns an amendment to the Energy Code.
For the elected representatives, this will involve examining the "transposition of the decree of January 5, 2024, setting the conditions for the purchase of electricity produced by installations installed on buildings, sheds or shaded areas".on buildings, hangars or shades using photovoltaic solar energy, with an installed capacity of 500 kilowatts or less".
Four other items are on the agenda. For human resources, an "update of the terms and conditions for the allocation and use of benefits in kind granted to territorial personnel". For administrative affairs, a modification to the highway code with the aim, it is stated in the succinct territorial communiqué, of "reducing nuisances linked to the discharge of dust in the Public district". Here again, the measures involved in this proposed amendment to the highway code will be unveiled at the territorial council meeting.
Another point, the modification of the contributions code. The subject: "Transitional period for the implementation of the repeal of VI of article 13. "
Finally, yet another amendment, this time to the rules governing the "Les Colibris" day-care center.
Territorial council meetings are public, and therefore open to the general public.
Les élus du conseil territorial se réunissent ce jeudi à 16h30 en l’hôtel de la Collectivité.
